For Foreign Nationals that wants to retire in the Philippines they can either get an SIRV (Special Investor’s Resident VISA) or an SRRV (Special Resident Retirees VISA) which will allow them to enjoy multiple visas to enter and leave the Philippines as well as grant them permanent residency and tax exemption.
