Investment Report Requirements: As a special investment residence visa holder, as long as the investment exists, it has the right to live in the Philippines and regularly submit the required year-end report to prove that its investment is still in the Philippines. If the investment is withdrawn from the Philippines, the special investment residence visa will be automatically terminated. If the investment report is not submitted for more than one year, its identity will be cancelled and blacklisted. Note: Customers who use $75,000 to set up a company should pay attention to submit financial and tax reports to the Philippines each year, otherwise they will be blacklisted. |
