Other considerations
  1. Foreigners working in the Philippines must hold an AEP permit
  2. Visa holders such as SIRV, SRRV, 9D, etc., must also hold AEP if they want to work in the Philippines.
After the AEP application is completed, you can apply for a 9G visa, so you need to have PWP to use during the AEP application.
  1. SWP is only a work permit issued by the Immigration Department, not a visa (VISA), and can only be used for work.
  2. Even if you have applied for SWP, the travel visa must still be signed.
  3. If you leave the Philippines on the way, you need to apply for a visa to enter the country again. SWP cannot be used as an entry certificate.

Description The Philippines Investment Agency has a special authority to approve the Special Investment Residency Visa (SIRV) issued by the National Immigration Service. Both legal citizens and their family members can apply for this visa. With this visa, they can enjoy multiple visas to enter and leave the Philippines, permanent residency and tax exemption. Applicants need to wire transfer or bank drafts, open an account in the bank specified by the Philippine Investment Is issued by the Bureau of Immigration (BI) of the Republic of the Philippines under the Retirement Program of the Philippine Retirement Authority (PRA) to foreign nationals who would like to make the Philippines their second home or investment destination.

Other Considerations Investment Report Requirements:
As a special investment residence visa holder, as long as the investment exists, it has the right to live in the Philippines and regularly submit the required year-end report to prove that its investment is still in the Philippines. If the investment is withdrawn from the Philippines, the special investment residence visa will be automatically terminated. If the investment report is not submitted for more than one year, its identity will be cancelled and blacklisted.

Note:
Customers who use $75,000 to set up a company should pay attention to submit financial and tax reports to the Philippines each year, otherwise they will be blacklisted.
