- Order slip, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Delivery Receipt etc. including the right suppliers
- Negotiating prices
- Ensuring the products are delivered on time
- Pitching ideas to senior management
- Stock control
- Reacting to any changes in management demand
- Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers while seeking new ones
- Attending trade events
- Getting feedback from customers
- Provide atleast 3 quotations for each item to buy.
- Familiar with material specs, sizes, quality and prices locally & abroad.
